[4.5] Sig icons

The .5 comes from LJ's size limit on animated GIFs; I made a "rimshot" icon that I was very, very happy with and discovered it was too big. I'm posting both the LJ-friendly (#1) and LJ-unfriendly (#5) versions. Usual rules apply; if you would like to take these, please
